Car will start up immediately perfect in the am everything is great, but as I drive it during the day and after I turn the car off I have to let it sit for an hour or so before it starts again. Is it the module or pump or what do you think?

Listen for the hum of the fuel pump for one second after turning on the ignition switch. If you hear that, the fuel pump is working.

A better suspect is the crankshaft position sensor or the camshaft position sensor. They often fail by becoming heat-sensitive, then they will work again after cooling down for up to an hour. While driving, natural air flow keeps them cool. When a hot engine is stopped, the heat migrates to the sensor and causes it to fail.
