Hello, I recently tried and failed to install a navigation system from a different 2002 MDX after disconnecting it (because it wouldn’t turn on) I noticed my instrument cluster stopped working all light work including dimmer, turn signals, headlight (high/low), and hazards. I have tested all fuses located in and out of the vehicle and all are in working condition. I was wondering if there is maybe a relay issue I’m just overlooking. Keep in mind all electronics in the vehicle work including radio (aftermarket) and trip computer. Please help! Thank you in advance.

All of the problems you are having could be caused by a bad drivers multiplex control module; these are weak and go out all the time. Here is the location so you can check it out and replace it. This should fix the problem, double check all fuses before you begin. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Would you be referring to the PCM? I’m hoping it’s not that as I do see from this wiring diagram it is tied to the cluster itself along with two fuses at two different locations.

No, this would be what's in the diagrams above. Check out the first image.
