It looks like it needs repair, but I'd like to double check.

Worked fine when drove last, but upon startup it was blank. The indicators along the top were working as normal (ABS, Seatbelt, etc.), but no speedometer, climate control, or trip computer. The climate controls have no effect either. I've check the IGN 1 fuse in the engine compartment fuse box, the #4 fuse in the LH MAXI fuse box, and the two IPC fuses in the trunk; they are all good.

Welcome back. This is a common failure with the digital units. There are a couple causes, either failed solder joints on the board or the voltage for the display has been blocked by a failure in the regulator or the FET that passes power to the display has failed. There are multiple places that repair them. If you are good with electronics you might be able to repair it. Search YouTube for videos on it.
