No power to the cluster tried cleaning and resetting and didn't work. When I was holding the reset. I heard a brief bell or such but none of the gauges moved.

The most common cause of this is a blown fuse or two so we need to start with checking all fuses for the cluster in the left side of the dash.

Here is a guide that will help with testing and replacing fuses if you need it:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

If the fuses are ok then we need to check power and ground at the cluster and find out if it is there. If you have power and ground then the cluster is the issue.

I attached wiring diagrams below plus the fuse panel layout and replacement process of the cluster if this turns out to be the issue.

Please run through this material and let us know what you find. Thanks
