Hi, trying to change the fuel pressure regulator on my insignia cdti 20L, but can't find any information on how to do it.

First, I'm sorry to say that this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my technical information is extremely limited. However, I will try my best to help.
The regulator on most vehicles is usually located either on the fuel rail or is part of the fuel module / pump assembly. Have you located it? If you have, is it possible for you to upload a picture of it so I can see exactly what you are dealing with?
