Hi, I am just curious. I have a friend who owns a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. Is there an in-line fuel filter that can be replaced? I'm just curious because her vehicle is sputtering and wanting to stall. But this is not an everyday occurrence, but it is becoming more frequent. Also recently, (Feb 2013) the fuel pump was replaced. Now, I was researching online, and there was an article that said not to put any additives, like injector cleaner, or anything else into the fuel. Could you please advise me as to what exactly you think I should do to follow up on this problem? Thanking you in advance for your advice and have a wonderful day.

PS - I am on a friends computer, I can be reached @ bigmongo66@gmail. Com or bigmongo66@yahoo. Com.
With regards, Kevin J Meehan.

No, there isn't but that wouldn't be your problem anyway. Fuel filters are never the sole cause of a performance issue. The one on that truck is inside the fuel tank and not a maintenance item. The problem could be most anything and would likely have to be troubleshooted by analyzing scan tool data.
