So, we bought this car and the previous owners had tried to drill the ignition because I lost the key took it apart, then realized it has a security system it sat for a few years. they ended up finding the key for the car, but they took out the whole metal housing for the ignition, so it’s just a free hanging security system. which we put a pill bottle inside so we could put the key into the pill bottle, and it would stay in the security Pat system. we have to start it with a separate key straight to the black round ignition switch itself well now if you move the round black ignition switch or hit a bump while going under twenty miles an hour it will randomly shut off all power to the car and shut the car off. is that the wiring to the ignition switch can those wires come Lustick go into the ignition switch itself?

Hi,

That's a tough question without seeing exactly what you are dealing with. Is it possible for you to take a few pics and upload them for me to see?

Also, let me know exactly what happens. Does everything related to the key stop working?

Let me know.

Take care,
Joe
