Ignition and steering wheel locked

I took my car to the Ford dealership today to get another key programmed and now coincidentally they say the ignition went. I didn’t have any problems or signs leading up to this. The ignition and steering are both locked. Please help me.

A very common failure! I have done over 100 of these ignition lock cylinder replacements, it requires the cylinder to be removed by drilling it out if you cannot get it to turn. Sometimes you can get it to turn by tapping lightly on the back of the key while jiggling and applying turn force to the key with your other hand. A very common failure on these cars!
