You have to drive the vehicle with the Service Manager in the car, so that he / she can "hear" what you are hearing.
Once they hear what you are hearing, it "might" help them find the problem, or at minimum "verify" your concerns and document
the issue so that it is on file, should things get worse. But if no fault codes are stored in the Transmission Control Unit, it may be
difficult to find the problem.
