Inside outside air cabin door broken

Hi, I was wondering I you have found any solution to our problem? I have tried countless times to glue it but failed multiple times. I believe as you know the space is really restricted and I was wondering if there was any other solutions. But I've mentioned to re-position it in a certain way so the air flow resumed again.
