Unfortunately, I can't tell you which part to replace because we will need to do the testing that I attached previously to determine what it is. This could be a number of things including a wiring issue in the ASD circuit, the B+ wiring for the ASD, the relay itself, PCM, or a connector issue with any of these items.
As you can see, I can't say which part it is. However, if I were going to guess, you want to go with replacing the relay. It is cheap and easy to do and so if we are wrong, it is not that big of a deal. However, that just means we are going to have to go through the test to find the root cause.
