If you have swapped the plugs around as well, does the number 2 plug come out looking fouled out with fuel, Im just asking because I believe on these there is intentional shutdown of the fuel injector with that code set. Its to prevent damage to the Catalytic converter. Im just going through some different service info here. If you clear all the codes here, how fast does that coil code come back?
Looking at the code criteria here, this code sets due to the PCM not seeing some type of pulse feedback when the coil is fired, so its definitely something to do with the primary side of the coil or control circuit to the PCM. There is a flow chart you can go through if you want, Ill post that for you. But having 2 faults here, Im wondering if the coil control wires run through a bulk connector as the oxygen sensor circuit, or if those pins into the PCM connector are close together. Ill take a look and see if theres anything in common there.
What is the voltage for the B1S1 oxygen sensor signal? Can you read that live engine data PID on your scan tool?
