I dont know what this hose is called

I need to replace a hose on my truck. Though, I can't find it on the Ford dealership and I have no idea what it is called.

Where does the hose run from and to? Is there any way you might be able to upload a picture of it as well for me. I have a vehicle with a 4.6L engine in it, which is virtually identical to yours and have completely rebuilt it before, so I should be able to identify it for you. Please get back to us with the information and we will go from there.
