Hi my name is jermaine its possible that your timing belt has shed some teeth and is no longer turning the camshafts. Avoid cranking the engine this could put the pistons in contact with the valves and you will need to pull the cylinder head and get the valves replaced. You should check for pieces of rubber in the lower part of the timing cover to verify damage to the timing belt, If it's damaged youshould replace the timing belt and get a timing belt componet kit it has all the replacement pulleys tensioners and springs you will need to insure a trouble free install.
