2001 Hyundai XG300 75,000 miles

My daughter wants to know how much should a mechanic charge her to give her car a regular ignition tuneup on her engine...she believes she's been taken advantage of..they are charging over $400.00.

I hope she did not pay that, already, a tune up now a days, only consists of plugs ,wires, airfilter, and maybe a pcv valve, no more that 150 dollars, depending on where she goes, that is rediculous in my opinion and she mostlikely is getting taken, If she already paid that money, there are avenues she can take to make a complaint, the dept of motor vehicles will take care of that just go to their website and check around.
