Air Conditioning problem
2001 Hyundai Tiburon 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

What could be the problem if my air conditioner works fine as long as I am driving, but when I stop at a red light or slow down to a slow speed it stops blowing cold air? I just added freon to it and the gauge shows it to be full.

Need low and high side readings to diagnose system.
