Turns out that the timing belt had jumped three teeth for absolutely no reason. My mechanic reset the belt and it appears to be running fine. Thank you guys for all your suggestions.

Hello. I need to know the name of the part that is on the circle on the photo below.

Someone cut the wire and I don't why.
The came from the ignition misfire (failure) sensor. That wire came from the tan/black wire to a plug and change to a black wire and ends on the bolt that holds the same sensor. There's another photo showing the wire with the x mark the sensor, the circle the cut part, the arrow where the cut part suppose to be.
If someone know let me know I want to know because I want to finish the wire harness.

Hello. I'm referring to the wire that comes from that sensor. If you see on the photos I send I mark with a circle the part that is missing on this wire harness. I found the part# of that wire harness.
On the photos I mark with an (x) the plug with and without the ignition misfire sensor and mark with an (o circle) the cut wire and what I think is a capacitor, the part that someone cut.
The wire came from the tan/black wire from the ignition misfire sensor and change to a black wire that ends at the ignition misfire sensor like as you see on the third image mark with the circle
