The ignition lock is messed up in this car. In order to start the car you turn the key as normal but the lock cylinder needs to be repaired because it wont turn back to run on its own. We worked around that and after the car starts we manually turn the key back to run. Someone that didnt know better went to drive the car and the starter stayed engaged for a few minutes with the car running. Now the car rotates but will not start. Its getting spark, but we are not sure if the fuel pump set up is working properly or if theres a cut off switch. If you jumper the fuel pump with the test terminal by the battery the fuel pump still runs but the car still wont start! Help prevent this car from going to the scrap yard!

Ok. Even tho your pump may not be working properly but when you jump the pump that should eliminate the pump circuit.

Next step would be to tell what your fuel pressure is. And pick up a noid light and check to make sure that when the engine is cranked the noid light flashes when hooked up to fuel injectors.

Also you spark. Make sure its bright and blue. And pretty well defined. And also flashing rhythmic to eachother not random speeds.
