2003 Hyundai Elantra need help to get my car fix, body work

I would like to know if you know someone that will help me get my car fix, I have body works problem.
I have a son who is saginaw MI who just had open heart surgey. I have been driving there in the car and the police keep stoping me telling me I need to have my car repair or I will be ticketed. I need to get to my son to help him. I live in waukee, WI, please can you tell me who can help me. I thank you very much for reading and hope and pray to hear from you

I am sure that any body shop will be able to assist you with this inquiry, we look after mechanical issues for DIY mechanics and it is neigh on imposable to comment on body work with out seeing it first hand.
