SO when i put my key in my car tonight i turned it and right before the car started it made a weird whine. So i started the car and i had no problems. I turned the car off and reinserted the key and right before the car turned on it made the same noise. I dont know what the technical term for (when the key is in and the radio is on but not the engine) is. It made a weird whineing noise and kept going until i turned the car on. Should i be worried?
