2000 Hyundai Elantra Check Engine Light

My check engine light came on after it takes a long time to get the engine to turn on in negative degree weather. When I drive the car the check engine light blinks and when idle the engine and car shakes. Can you let me know what you think is wrong?

What you need to do is have the computer scanned for OBD2 code/s-Autozone provides this service free and comeback with it this is where we start its the starting point of diagnosis
