1998 Hyundai Elantra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 89/000 miles

Hi my battery went dead and we got a battery and now my radio does not work. we checked all the fuses and a mechanic said we might need a code reset the radio. I am wondering seeing I dont have a book with the code in where would I find one, or what else could itbe???/

is the radio powering on at all? you would have to get the code from the dealer by giving them the serial numbers off the back of the radio if it does have a code. otherwise there may be a blown in - line fuse to the radio.
