The trunk on the car does not open with the inside switch or the key switch and I saw a reference to a fuse panel inside on the front passanger side but can not find it. I think it may be a fuse problem. Is there a another panel inside the car that I can't find or is it some other problem?

There is a button in the top left corner of glove box you have to press otherwise you can't access trunk even with master key.
