what would make just one spark plug keep fouling out? When the car is running it sounds like it is missing, when you try to drive there isn't any get up and go.

Could be a bad plug wire, or a bad injector. Does it run ok after you replace the 1 plug? If you haevnt done it yet, replace all the plug wires with factory ones. If the car doesnt have wires, but has coils over every plug, then you may have a bad coil.
