Hi,
This is a tough one for me because I'm not sure what exactly is leaking. Also, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so I have no technical information to refer to.
What I can tell you is this. First, a power steering hose usually isn't too expensive. On most cars, there are two. One is a high-pressure hose and the other is a return. The return hose is very inexpensive in most cases. The high-pressure hose will be more expensive, but nothing too high.
As far as labor, most can be replaced within an hour's time. I'm not sure what the labor rate is where you are located, but I hope that gives you an idea as to what to expect.
To give you an idea of what is involved, here is a link that explains how to replace a steering pump. It shows the hoses I mentioned being removed. At the opposite end of the hoses will be the rack and pinion. You may feel confident doing it yourself.

If you want, if it is a hose and you know which one, I can try my best to help you do it yourself. If you send pics of the issue, I should be able to direct you.
Let me know if I can help in any way.
God Bless,
Joe
