I need to replace the carburetor and adjust the new one on my truck listed above.

Hi again Sergeant,
I attached all the info below on how to remove and install the carburetor. Then I also attached the info on idle, curb, and fast adjustments.
However, if this is a new carb then it probably won't need to be adjusted much. Most of them come set at a base setting that is pretty close to correct.
Also, here is a video of a Chevrolet big block tuning. Clearly this is a different animal so the actual adjustments are going to be different and in different places but the idea is the same of how to do the adjustments on any carburetor.
