How to replace the A/C compressor and belt?

Does someone know how to replace the A/C compressor on a 01 grand Marquis ls 4.6L and then replace the belt afterwards? I just want to make sure I'm doing it the right way and don't mess anything up.

Sure, we can help you with that. Did the compressor fail and lose its charge? If so then you don't need to remove the refrigerant but just in case this video can help. I would start by disconnecting the battery.
