how to check the transmission fluid and how to add it

I have a camry 2010 LE, could you please help to advise how to check the trans fluid level and how to add it.

also i have heard a whining noise sometimes after driving and when in neutral or park from the transmission.
what is the problem ? appreciate your advice and assistance.
