How much is a power steering fluid return line or cooler line?

My friend drove my car into a snow bank and aluminum line broke off underneath my car. It was leaking power steering fluid and I lost all power steering. So is it a power steering fluid return line or cooler line? And it wrap underneath my car and to the front.
