I am trying to clean out the fuel injectors on my truck it is the XLT model. How can i connect an on car EFI Cleaning Machine

I think it does not have a shredder valve on it so does that mean i have to take off the rail or the injectors themselves to clean them ?

Depends on the machine you have. If it is a simple pressurized reservoir type that you fill up and put shop air to. Disconnect the fuel line from the rail at the spring style quick connect. Connect up your cleaner and pressurize it and start the truck to clean the injectors.
If you do not have the correct push in adapter you can usually find repair ends on the rack that will work if you use good high pressure clamps.
