I have a 96 Honda Prelude, and I just had the timing belts replaced. My cruise control has not worked since, but the "Cruise Control ON" light still comes on. are the two related, or just a coincidence?
thx

The cruise control hardware under the hood is generally in the way for the mechanic to install the timing belt. I would venture to say that when he moved the cruise system out of the way he may have knocked off the wires or something pretty simple. Look at it yourself or take it back and request them to look at it.
