1994 Honda Prelude passenger door lock mechanism

I dont know exactly what the part is called but i cant open the door i think some one jimmyed the car and broke th metal pieces inside. i would like to know where i can go to repair this or something. please and thank you.

If you cannot open the door from inside or outside, you will have to remove the interior door panel to determine the damage.

Generally you will have to remove front passengers seat to get enough room to do this.

Once panel is off, you can see what needs to be replaced.
