I cant get my hood open. The latch on the inside is not working. Is there any other way to open the hood from the outside without the latch release? The latch is broke from the inside. We tried to pull on the wire with pliers but it seems to be stuck or froze up. What can we try next?

What does the latch on the inside do? Is it broken off from the wire or does the wire pull but not open the hood? If the wire does not pull then you can get it open by pulling on the wire. If the wire is loose then it is broken between the hood latch and the hood. Then you will have to get a hold of the cable under the hood to release it. Sometimes it is a pain trying to get at it.
