2006 Honda Pilot Transmission and Transfer Fluid Change

I am getting in Maintanence Minder code 3, which is to replace transmission and transfer fluid.

I have changed the transmission oil using the honda approved ATF-Z1.

How do I change the transfer fluid or is is the same as changing the transmission fluid. I can not find any answers in the owner manual nor online.

there is a drain and a fill on the transfer case much like the differential. The fluid used is not the same as the transmission fluid.
