Transfer case service

I read the short response to the previous threads on this. Found the drain and fill. Could you expand a bit and tell us the type of fluid the transfer case wants and is the fill plug for the trans just inside the left wheel well?

According to the factory service manual for a 2006 Honda pilot the transfer case is a separate assembly and uses 75w90 hypoid gear oil.
