I am trying to replace my wheel studs on my front wheel. I have removed the rotor and have not been able to remove the plate so I can take the studs out. I can remove the Big Middle nut, but i can't figure out how to remove the plate. I tried using an extractor, but that was a no go. Any help>?

You can get a service manual and it will most likely show you how that assembly is fit together. I simply knock them out with a hammer and try my best to be as gentle as possible in putting in the new ones to eliminate as much thread wear as possible. A little grease to help reduce the friction as you tap the new one in to place. Not the perfect way to do it but it was effective and I had no problems with threads.
