I just bought this 2007 Honda Fit sports manual transmission. the next day I ran into a puddle of water due to heavy rain. since then, as I turn on the engine or when I slow down to stop the car, it makes water going up and down, side to side just like a water going through narrow passage. I can't see any visible water under the hood, or inside the car. Where does this noise come from? The car runs fine with no problem with any electric function.

Have the A/C drain tube checked for a blockage, also if there is air trapped in the heater, this can make such a noise, start here.

Probably there is air trapped in the heater core. Try bleeding the air from the cooling system.
