2003 Honda CRV automatic door locks; keyless entry

The doors lock by themselves and every minute or so, the horn beeps once. It acts as though I am using the keyless entry to lock the doors remotely and then hit the lock button once again to get the beep that confirms the doors are locked. This continues even though the keyless entry is nowhere near the car. Also, the keyless entry does not work now. It's been doing this for about two hours.

The security system has change to auto arm. Try to change to security system setting by putting the ignition key in the igntion switch 3 times very fast.
(Just put the key in and out 3 times without turning the key)
