Fuel gauge not working

1994 Honda Civic, sttck shift, Acura Integra LS motor. Mileage 204500, 2wheel drive. My fuel gauge stays on full, how do I fix that? I can not find any blown fuses.

You have a problem with the fuel sending unit in the gas tank or the circuit is grounded
