Hi I have a 1997 honda civic lx. I was trying to bleed the brakes and I stripped the front right brake caliper bleeder, so I bought a new brake caliper to replace it since the bleeder was stripped. I took off the old one, but couldnt get the new caliper until 2 days later, once I got the new caliper I put it in and tried to bleed it, nothing but air keeps coming out, ive repeated the process like 15 times. But still nothing but air. Could it be that when I removed the caliper and left hose open for 2 days, alot of air is in the system? Need help plz.

Hello !
Well. The caliper has a big cylinder you should fill it.

You should start with the new caliper, then with the pass. Rear, then the driver rear, then the pass. Front and end with the driver front.

How are you bleeding the lines?

Are you get help to do it?

You should do it slow and easy and keep the master cylinder full all the time.

Let us know.
