2006 Honda Civic Windshield Wiper

My windshield wipers are going off on their own without even turning them on and when I do need to turn them on they stop in random spots on my windshield. I took it to my local Honda dealer and feel like there trying to rip me off.

They said it is the front motor mart. And they want $300 to replace it. Any suggestions?

Never heard of that part. Sounds like you're trying to say front motor mount which would have nothing to with it. Front wiper motor maybe?Price would be about right then but I doubt a faulty wiper motor would turn on by itself.
