honda is saying i need to replace whole harness for 582.00 in order to get plate light to light.

is there a way to trace the source of the outage and replace wire or whatever without having to buy whole new harness. That would be the most expensive bulb in history

Hi thayes,

If you are a DIY guy, it would be possible to perform some trouble shooting and rectify the problem without much cost. If you were to get a mechanic to do the diagnostics and repairs, it might cost you more than the $582 as wiring troubleshooting can take up a lot of time.

What is the problem that you are facing? Give me as much details as possible so I can try help you sort this out.
