2002 Honda Civic Traffic signals

My traffic signals don't work when I use them. The indicator lights don't work inside the car and the lights don't work outside the car when I use the blinkers. However, the indicator and outside lights work when I press the hazard button.

thanks. I already fixed it. Just needed to replace a burnt out fuse.
