Driving along just fine came to a stop. Pulled away from stop and trans slipped changing from 1st to 2nd went to destination. Went to leave and drove about 5 mins. Car would no longer drive in forward or reverse. Trans slipping badly any ideas? Is there a control box?

When was tranny fluid and filter last replaced? That would be the first thing to check.

Fluid was changed at about 100,000 with honda fluid checked fluid seemed to be ok could it possibly be electrical?

Yes could be speed sensor or shift solenoids. Too many things to list, only way to tell is to have tranny put on diagnostic test.
