2001 Honda Civic Steering, little bit of wobbling, front wh

I have honda 2001 civic lx. This car has few problems which are the steering is hard, there is a little bit of wobbling and one of the front wheel rim is bend. I want to how serious are these problems are and how much it costs to fix these problems.

If the steering is hard, it's a power steering issue. Either you are low on vehicle, loose belt, etc.. it can ruin major steering components. So it is serious.

A bent rim will cause a steering wheel shake and over-time can cause excessive wear on front end components from all the vibrations.
