Well my question is that when am driving coming up to a stop sign or a light my car turns off its shakes a little before it does then I turn it on it it runs normal.

Is the check engine light on? Even if it's not you may have a pending code and it's a good idea to scan it.

If there are no codes there whatsoever, I'd look into a possible clogged or faulty IACV (idle air control valve).
