I live in Arizona where it gets really hot, but my Honda was doing fine. Then all of a sudden my radiator explodes and I assumed it was because my thermostat had frozen. So now I have replaced the thermostat and the radiator and I am losing pressure. My idle goes up and down, and when I start up it hesitates and chokes before starting. Prior to this radiator issue it ran like a new car. What's up?

Hi there,

have a cooling system pressure test done, make sure that the heater is open, and also check the pressure cap is holding pressure and releasing at the correct pressure.
