2000 Honda Civic Feel Jerk when gear changes

Dear Sir/Madam;
Hope ur health is good. I have a honda civic model 2000 automatic gear transmission.
Sir i feel jerk when car changes gear at its desire speeds. Some technician/engineers sugesst me that change the gear oil i follow them but the problem is still there. Specially i feel more jerk at second and third gear. and feel jerk as well when speed decreases as well. Please tell me how i fix it?

its sounds like automatic transmission clutch band or control (solenoid) valve are issue, better bring to transmission shop to overhaul it.
