2000 Honda Civic Feel Jerk when gear changes

Dear Sir/Madam;
Hope ur health is good. I have a honda civic model 2000 automatic gear transmission.
Sir I feel jerk when car changes gear at its desire speeds. Some technician/engineers sugesst me that change the gear oil I follow them but the problem is still there. Specially I feel more jerk at second and third gear. And feel jerk as well when speed decreases as well. Please tell me how I fix it?
