My 99 honda civic value package is having a couple of problems! First the car has a rough start and then clears up when you rev it a couple of times. I have replaced fuel filter and pulg and wires and distributer cap and rotor button. Next thing is that im losing water somewhere. I pressure tested the radiator and I lose pressure after I pump it up. The radiator as been replaced about a year ago. I do not see any visable leeks. Hoses have been replaced when radiator was replace. Dont know whats going on. Can it be the head gascket or fuel pressure regulator or fuel injectors? Or am I leeking water from heater core but dont have water in passanger floor.

The rough running may be a dirty throttle body or IACV. Try servicing the throttle body and idle passage with throttle body cleaner. That may clear it up

With regards to the coolant leak, how do you know the heater core is leaking? Mind showing us a picture so we can tell you what we think. The heater core is ducked away in the dash, so it's not visible.

Would still be the throuttle body if it is only on the start up and not anytime else where. Idles great and runs great. No power proublems. The only thing I was thinking that the leak was in the heater core was that when I pressure tested the system I saw water coming out of the drain hose coming out of the firewall. It would do it everytime I increased the pressure. It wouldnt be the ac sweat cause I didnt run the car at all that day before I did the test.
