1998 Honda Civic stalling

My unit will go good and then at a set of lights it stalls. Crank it over for a while then it starts and runs for about another 5km then stalled again.

When it doesn't start check for strong/good spark and make sure you have proper fuel pressure at the rail and the injectors are pulsing.

These tests must be done while the car is acting up. Scanning the ECU might be a good idea as well.
